Alexander Lewis was born in 1968. He graduated from Clayton University in 1990. He began as an intern at K-3080 Records in 1989. He was promoted to the position of talent scout in 1992. In 1994, he was promoted to New Artist Development. The first group that he worked with was The Shades. The Shades are one of the hottest acts that are a part of K-3080 Entertainment.
